Inspired by the Bijou Museum and the Grand Bazaar of Tehran, the designer has created a collection that pays tribute to the rich history of the Casalmaggiore area, which was once a vital center for costume jewelry processing.

The BĀZĀR collection features layered bracelets that are reminiscent of the architecture of the Bazaar’s ceilings. The color chosen for the collection is a beautiful shade of burnt earth, similar to the bricks used in the Bijou Museum’s architecture. This color was not easy to duplicate with industrial colors, so the designer turned to a traditional method of dyeing: black tea. Not only is it a nod to the traditional drink of the Bazaar, but it’s also an eco-sustainable process that eliminates the risk of allergies.

The BĀZĀR collection is not just a beautiful parure, but it’s also a story. A story of how a traditional center dedicated to specific products, full of artisanal skills, inspired a designer to create a collection that pays tribute to the rich history of a region.
