Fluidity Is The Way To Life
Picture yourself walking along the banks of a river, with the sound of the rushing water in the distance. You pause for a moment to take in the beauty of the scenery around you. The water flows steadily, moving past rocks and obstacles without hesitation.
In that moment, you remember the words of Lao-Tzu: “What is soft is strong.” Softness, like the flowing water of a river, is not a sign of weakness, but of strength. It is the ability to adapt, to bend, and to flow with the current of life, rather than resist it.
Fluidity Is The Way To Life brooch, a contemporary piece of jewelry that embodies this philosophy. The designer sees life as a river, always flowing and never stopping. She believes that staying in the flow, no matter what the circumstances, is the only way to find continuity in life.
As you wear the brooch, you feel a sense of calm and empowerment. You are reminded that, just like a river, life is always moving forward. Challenges may come, but you are strong and adaptable, able to flow around them or over them like the water of the river.
The brooch is not just a piece of jewelry. It is a symbol of the power of fluidity, a way of life that reminds you to stay soft and adaptable in the face of adversity. It is a reminder that, no matter what life throws your way, you have the strength to navigate it with grace and ease.
In a world that can often feel rigid and unyielding, the Fluidity Is The Way To Life brooch reminds you that strength comes from being soft and adaptable. It is a reminder that, just like a river, you can navigate anything that comes your way with ease and grace.
It is no wonder that this stunning design was awarded at Venice Design Week 2017, for it carries with it a message that resonates with us all.
The Technique & production
This is a limited-edition design, with only 409 pieces available, that pays homage to the city of Venice. Venice is an ancient city renowned for its breathtaking Venetian architecture and unique lifestyle, with its layout being the most impressive element. The city is built on a group of 118 islands connected by canals and 409 bridges, earning it the nickname “City of Bridges.”
Each piece in this edition represents one of the city’s bridges, which is why it is limited to 409 pieces. This brooch is crafted using additive manufacturing technology, allowing the designer to produce intricate designs in an energy-efficient and waste-free manner. The magnetic closure of the brooch makes it easy to wear on any material without causing any damage.
